[Background]With the high-strong doctor-patient relationship today, most people concern about the rights-safeguarding of the patients, however, few people know how much pressure that clinicians facing everyday. Shown by many signs, the workload on clinicians is so heavy, and the tense working and rapid life rhythm cause so many bad influences to the mental and physical health of clinicians. Working with overload state, they can’t take a balance between work and family. What’s more, there are usually some patients and their family members who are so hard to communicate, which causes the straight dropping of health condition of clinicians and so, physician groups who own abundant health knowledge are under a state of sub-health. The working efficiency of clinicians is greatly influenced by their health condition, and will directly affect the health of patients, which needed to be study deeply.[Purpose]The objects of our study are the clinicians of grade Ⅲ-class A hospital, in Shandong province, so to discuss the health condition of them. Our study is mainly on the health condition and work-pressure sources of physician groups, analyze the aspects of physical health, mental health, social health condition, major and job, work-loading and the distribution of their work-time, working environment and job resource, job manage, and interpersonal relationships, and make a further discussion of the influences of different factors on the health condition of clinicians, and the correlation relationships in the cope measures.[Methods]Take a group of 1100 clinicians from 10 grade Ⅲ-class A hospitals, from 7 cities in Shandong province, as the studying object. Investigate the clinicians with a questionnaire, by the Self-rated Health Measurement Scale (SRHMS) and the Chinese nurse work pressure source. After the face-to-face announcement and agreement, the clinicians were informed about the purpose and significance of this study, and the attentions when they finish this questionnaire. Clinicians finished the questionnaires in a self-estimating way, anonymous. Immediately taken in when finished. The statistics were analyzed and dealt by synthesis with descriptive statistical analysis, chi-square test, ANOVA, single-factor analysis, multiple-factor analysis, odds ratio analysis, multivariate linear regression analysis, to get the relationships between the influencing factors and the health condition of clinicians in grade Ⅲ-class A hospitals. All the analysis were made by STATA13.1 software, and all the significance test were bilateral test, P<0.05 were regarded to be statistical significant.[Research result]1. The main factors affecting self-rated health are that age, work experience, job title, hospital level, education level, eating habits, exercise habits, showed by single-factor analysis of variance of self-rated health assessment form (SRHMS).2. Multivariate analysis of SRHMS for population with different characteristics showed that the significant influential variables are:the disease, work experience 4--10 years, greater than or equal to 10 years, intermediate and senior titles in self-rated physical health aspect; mental health self-test aspects, social aspects of self-rated health, self-rated general health aspects and health aspects are out of area hospitals, municipal hospitals, provincial hospitals; work Experience 4--10 years, greater than or equal to 10 years; disease, undergraduate, master above the level of education.3. Single-factor analysis and multivariate analysis of working pressure source showed that alcohol consumption, work experience 4--10 years, greater than or equal to 10 years are variables that significantly affect the working pressure source; The significant influential variables of multivariate analysis in five dimensions are regional hospitals, municipal hospitals and provincial hospitals.4. The differences between the scores of each dimension of work pressure and self-rated health was statistically significant (p<0.01). It was highly significant negative correlation, with the highest degree of correlation with mental health. The major factor caused by the pressure of a doctor is management and interpersonal problem.5. Advantages of work pressure and self-rated health results showed that the two former influential factors of self-rated health in five dimensions in turn are "management and interpersonal skills," "patient diagnosis and treatment."[conclusion]1. The clinician’s age, work experience, job title, where the level of the hospital, their education level, eating habits and exercise habits are the main factors affecting self-rated health.2. "management and interpersonal skills" and "patient diagnosis and treatment," the pressure is the main factor affecting the quality of life of the clinician.
