| Objective: To analysis the Change characteristics Of dementia assessment scale and the related potential P300in mild cognitive dysfunction patients, in order to improve the characteristics of change of mild cognitive function diagnostic level. Methods: 31 cases of mild cognitive dysfunction (MCI), 31 cases of dementia (AD)and 30 cases without apparent cognitive dysfunction (NC)were chosen from department of the neurological in autonomous region people's hospital, dementia scale was applied to test subjects cognitive function condition. The various index was statistical analysised after scoring. At the same time muscle lectricity-measured were applied in the event groups to record the related potential P300. Results: mild cognitive dysfunction group, dementia group and the normal control group all finished scale evaluation and P300testing which to be analyzed. Three groups of people all had significant difference between groups in the MoCA points test score after controlling gender, age, cultural factors (the space F=107.71, P<0.01; named F=88.07, P<0.01; pay attention to F=88.83, P<0.01; language F=14.41, P<0.01; the abstract thinking F=16.86, P<0.01; delayed memory F=121.98, P<0.1; directional force F=113.89, P<0.01). The detection rate of normal cognitive functions, mild cognitive impairment, moderate cognitive impairment in P300and MoCA was 100.0%, 96.8%, 87.1%, 100.0%, 90.3%, 87.1%. Conclusion: Montreal cognitive assessment table (MoCA)is a simple, high sensitivity cognitive screening tool. It covers the important cognitive areas and can be complete evaluation of patients with MCI cognitive function, and well Worth the spread use in clinical. The determination of the event related potential P300is unlimited by culture, language and words, patients can easily cooperate and it can do the quantitative evaluation of cognitive function in patients.
