Objective:To explore the diagnosis value of cytokine levels and TB-Ab in children tuberculosis and latent tuberculosis infection. Methods:(1)The levels of IFN-γ, TGF-β1, IL-10 of all the samples were detected by ELISA; (2) TB-Ab were detected by Protein Chip. Results:(1)The level of IFN-y in serum in latent tuberculosis patients group and tuberculosis patients group were lower than the control group (P<0.05). The levels of TGF-β1 and IL-10 in serum of tuberculosis patients group were higher than latent tuberculosis patients group and control group (P<0.001); (2)The positive rate of TB-Ab was 60% in children tuberculosis patients, which was higher than that of PPD skin test(46.67%)and bacteriological examination (16.67%) (P<0.05);The specificity of TB-Ab was 85.19% in children tuberculosis patients, which was higher than that of PPD skin test(59.26%)and lower than that of bacteriological examination (100%) (P<0.05);Conclusion:(1) Detection of IFN-y level in serum may be helpful, but detection of TGF-β1 and IL-10 levels in serum may be useless in the diagnosis of latent tuberculosis infection in children patients; (2) TB-Ab were detected by Protein Chip might be an effective and supplementary way in diagnosing children tuberculosis. |
