| Objective: Through the anthropometric indicators of healthy adults in Dalian Group survey and to establish healthy adult population in the region about anthropometric indicators of the normal reference range, providing normal reference values to assess the nutritional status of patients after illness .Methods: Using survey research, to collect the Dalian Urban ( zhong shan district , Xi gang district , Sha he kou district and Gan jing zi district) group of healthy adults by sex, age, height, weight, triceps fold thickness and arm circumference. using the formula calculat body mass index [BMI= weight(kg)/ height2(m2)],Upper arm muscle circumference [arm circumference-3.14* Triceps fold thickness]and Upper arm muscle area Upper arm muscle area=[( arm circumference-3.14* Triceps fold thickness)2/4π]. With SPSS13.0 statistical software package statistic data, all Measurement data for tests of normality, Statistical analysis, Normal distribution ( X±1.96s)said and non-normal distribution with percentile calculated 95% of the indicators normal reference value.Results:(1)BMI: Male of all ages(20-29 years old,30-39 years old,40-49 years old and 50-59 and 60 years of age) showed a normal distribution, 95% of the normal reference range were23.66±6.54,24.51±5.95,24.73±4.92,25.08±5.03 and 24.49±6.03.In addition to femal in age 20-29 years old segment of the body mass index (95% of the normal reference range 16.47-25.53) were outside the non-normal distribution, other age groups (30-39 years old, 40-49-year-old, 50-59-year-old and above 60 years of age) showed a normal distribution 95% of the normal reference range were 21.97±2.45,22.76±2.37,23.33±2.43 and 24.68±3.04.(2) TSF: In addition to male in age 30-39 years old segment of the triceps fold thickness(95% of the normal reference range were 10.6±7.42mm) ,other age groups (20-29 years old,40-49 years old,50-59 years old and above 60 years old) showed a non-normal distribution, 95% of the normal reference range were 4.5-20.15mm,4.41-17.5mm,4.5-16.42mm and4.0-17.59mm.;Female 30-39 years of age and 60 years old age triceps fold thickness(95% of the normal reference range were 16.47±4.57mmand16.52±4.26mm) showed a normal distribution, other age groups(20-29 years old,40-49 years old and 50-59 years old)showed a non-normal distribution, 95% of the normal reference range were 7.17-22.83mm,9.76-26.08mm and 9.55-27.32mm.(3) MAC: Male and Female of all ages (20-29 years old 39 years old,40-30-50-49, 59 and 60 years of age) showed a normal distribution arm circumference, 95% of males were normal reference range were 27.82±5.27cm,28.57±4.77cm,28.80±3.99cm,28.35±4.66cm and 27.27±5.28cm. Female 95% of the normal reference range were 24.34±2.08cm,25.93±2.21cm,26.52±1.97cm,27.03±1.82cm and 27.48±2.34cm.(4) AMC: Male and Female of all ages (20-29 years old 39 years old,40-30-50-49, 59 and 60 years of age) showed a normal distribution arm circumference, 95% of males were normal reference range were 24.38±4.09cm,25.14±4.15cm,25.68±3.35cm,25.35±3.84cm and24.14±7.20cm. Female 95% of the normal reference range were 19.95±1.40cm,20.71±1.60cm,21.59±1.75cm,21.80±1.97cm and22.34±1.83cm。(5) AMA: Male and Female of all ages (20-29 years old 39 years old,40-30-50-49, 59 and 60 years of age) showed a normal distribution arm circumference, 95% of males were normal reference range were 47.31±16.04cm2,50.57±16.98 cm2,52.61±13.14 cm2,51.22±15.07 cm2 and 46.55±17.82 cm2。Female 95% of the normal reference range were 31.57±4.48 cm2,34.1±5.09 cm2,37.30±5.94 cm2,37.98±6.11 cm2 and 39.82±6.80 cm2Conclusions:1,Dalian healthy adult male BMI than the Chinese average, tended to increase; healthy adult male BMI than women.2,Healthy adults in Dalian TSF, and there is no decrease with increasing age; healthy adults of all ages TSF women than men.3,Dalian healthy adult men of all ages upper arm circumference, arm muscle circumference, arm muscle area than womens indicators... |
