The Effect Evaluation Of Unite Operation On 34 Cases Severe Persistent Allergic Rhinitis

Objective: to explore the curative effect of unite surgical treatment for severe persistent allergic rhinitis.Methods: For 34 patients of severe persistent allergic rhinitis, to make a treatment with submucouse resection or stripping of the nasal septum, the former group sieve room open, inferior submucous turbinectomy. Follow up the cases in one year, record the postoperative symptoms and signs, then judge the treatment results by using two methods.Results: Buy using"the diagnosis and treatment of allergic rhinitis the principles and recommend"in 2004 lanzhou to evaluate : postoperative 3 months 76.5 % (26/34) cases showed marked effect, 17.7% (6/34) showed improvement, 5.9% (2/34) failed; postoperative 6 months 67.6% (23/34) cases showed marked effect, 26.5% (9/34) showed improvement, 5.9% (2/34) failed, postoperative 12 months 64.7% (22/34) cases showed marked, 23.5% (8/34) showed improvement, 11.8 % (4/34) failed. postoperative 3 months, 6 months, 12 months ,the overall effective rate were 94.2%, 94.2%, 88.2%. Buy using visual simulation rating scale evaluation to evaluate: postoperative 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, compared with the preoperative symptoms are differences (P < 0.05), the difference between preoperative and postoperative was statistically significant .Conclusion: 1. The unite operation is an effective treatment for curing severe persistent allergic rhinitis. 2. In the premise of strictly surgical indications, The combined surgical methods of nasal septum mucous membrane dissection or nasal septum submucosal correction, the former group sieve room open, inferior submucous turbinectomy have made significant short-term effect. 3. This procedure is simple. Doctors who have some clinical experience can carry out without special training and special equipment. It is suitable for all level to promote the use of the medical institutions. 4. It is easy to accept, and patients needn't long-term follow-up.
