Objective To analyse the SWI technique application value in the diagnosis of the cerebral infarction Hemorrhagic Transformation through the cerebral infarction HT different imaging manifestation under the detect of SWI, conventional MRI TIWI and CT.Materials and Methods Collect 63 cases of cerebral infarction HT patients who were determined by the clinical and imaging manifestations. Analyze the cerebral infarction HT different imaging manifestation under conventional MR T1WI, SWI and CT, and then classify the 63 HT patients according to the ECASS standard, compare the different HT detection rates got through the different detect methods. Combine the ABCs detecting the hemorrhagic area and then compare the sizes of hemorrhagic area under the different examinations. Results Classify the 63 cases of HT patients according to ECASS standard:HI-50 cases, among the 50 cases, HI 1-23cases, HI 2-27 cases; PH-13 cases, among the 13 cases, PH1-11 cases, PH 2-2 cases. For the 63 cases of HT patients, The detecting result of SWI is 63 cases, HI-50 cases, PH-13 cases. The detection rate is 100%. The T1WI detecting result is 47 cases (74.6% detection rate), HI-34 cases (68% detection rate), PH-13 cases (100% detection rate). The CT detecting result is 21 cases (33.3% detection rate), HI-10 cases (20% detection rate), PH-11 cases (84.6% detection rate). And the size of hemorrhagic area detected through SWI is also bigger than the sizes got from T1WI, CT. There are 5 cases, the hemorrhagic area size got from SWI and TIWI is nearly the same. And there are 1 case, the hemorrhagic area size got from SWI and CT is nearly the same. Conclusion From the above 63 cases detecting result, we could see that the SWI scan detection rate from HT is obviously higher than CT scan and T1WI scan. And the accuracy on the detection of hemorrhagic area is also higher than CT and T1WI scan. SWI could affect the clinical treatment scheme and instruct the clinical HT prognosis judgment. So SWI should be applied as the conventional sequence in the detect of cerebral infarction.
