| Objective:To study the differences of the influence laparoscopic and the traditional operative method rectal carcinoma Miles operation have on the vascular endothelial cells and the system of blood coagulation and fibrinolysis changes postoperatively.Methods:Divide 60 patients to be operated into Open Resection (OR) and Laparoscopic Resection(LR) according to their wishes, each group 30. Then observe the variation of the D-D, FIB, PLT, PT, APTT, TT, ET-1,vWF,TM and PS levels of the patients 24h preoperatively,0h postoperatively and 24h postoperatively.Results:The D-D and PS levels of OR and LR rised obviously 0 hour postoperatively (P<0.01), and kept rising 24 hours after it. The rising extent of OR was higher than that of LR. There were no significantly statistical difference between the FIBs of 24h preoperatively and Oh postoperatively (P>0.05), and the levels of 24h postoperatively were higher than 24h preoperatively(P<0.01), but the differences between the two groups did not have significantly statistical difference(P>0.05). The levels of the PLT of the two groups were lower Oh postoperatively than preoperatively(P <0.05),but recovered to the level of 24h preoperatively 24 hours later. The PT, APTT and TT did not change obviously after the operation. The ET-1,vWF and TM levels of OR and LR rised obviously 0 hour postoperatively (P<0.01), The ET-1,vWF and TM levels of LR 0 hour postoperatively were higher than those of OR. There was no significantly statistical difference between the two groups of ET-1,vWF and TM levels 24h postoperatively, but all of the levels were higher than those 24h preoperatively.Conclusion:Both the two operative methods will result in the hypercoagulative state of the organism, and the opening operation will have greater influence. Laparoscopic rectal carcinoma Miles procedure will make more serious injury for the vascular endothelial cells, but this injury will not last long. |
