Objective:1 To investigate clinical examination methods to diagnose early PD.2. To explore the affection of NF-KB on Parkinson's disease modal.Methods:1 Olfaction was examined in 30 PD patients,30 ET patients,30 VP patients and in 30 healthy controls well matched for sex,age and education, The association of olfactory detection with PD,ET,VP and healthy controls were analyzed using SPSS. thenar muscle tremor frequency of inspection, acute response to Madopar test were executed respectively in patients with early PD,ET and VP to find differences with Statistical methods.2 Thirty male Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups, PD group, and the control group,10 rats/group.In PD group, the 6-hydroxydopamine (6-OHDA) was injected into the right substantia nigra; the control group was injected into a mixture of ascorbic acid and normal saline, detected the expression of NF-KB in the right substantia nigra through in situhybridization.Results:1 The incidence of dissocial in PD patients was significantly higher than that in the healthy controls (P<0.01). Compared to PD group, there was no difference of dissocial between ET,VP and healthy controls. The rate of tremor frequency with 4-8 times/S in early PD group was 80%(20 vs.25); The rate of tremor frequency with 4-8 times/S in VP group was 22.2%(4 vs.18); The rate of tremor frequency with 4-8 times/ S in ET group was 10%(3 vs.30). Tremor frequency with 4-8 times/S is an important indicator of early PD.The early PD group was significantly better than the VP group in Madopar test, the ET group was invalid. The differences in rate were statistically significant.2 Compared with control group, the expression of NF-KB in PD group increased significantly (P<0.05).Conclusion:1 Olfactory function test, thenar muscle tremor frequency of inspection and mad par test are worthy of clinical to early diagnosis of Parkinson's disease.2 High expression of NF-KB play an important role in the pathogenesis of Parkinson's disease.
