In order to achieve the comprehensive utilization of Chinese chive seed, the technique of extracting oil and flavonoids from Chinese chive seed was studied.The three Chinese chive seeds oil was extracted by supercritical CO2 extraction. According to the single-factor experiments to determine the best extraction process is: extraction pressure 24-26MPa, extraction temperature 45℃, extraction time 16h, separation temperature 55℃, the flow of CO2 200L/h. The results showed that the oil yields of MaLian, ZiGen and NongDaXueJiuWang were 13.43%,9.51% and 9.42% respectively.Fatty acid compositions were analyzed by gas chromatograph mass spectrometer and the compositions were same, including palmitic acid, stearic acid, oleic acid and linoleic acid. For MaLian, ZiGen and NongDaXueJiuWang, the unsaturated fatty acid contents were 84.225%,89.949% and 86.931% respectively; the saturated fatty acid contents were 12.325%,10.05% and 10.069% respectively.Then as the residua that after extracted the seed oil for raw material, used ethanol as solvent to extract flavonoids from the Chinese chive seeds. Through single-factor experiments determined the best extraction condition:putting 30 times 60% ethanol into material,75℃, withdrawing for 2.5h. The total flavonoids of MaLian, ZiGen and NongDaXueJiuWang were 0.338%,0.4199% and 0.3144% respectively. And the antioxidant activities of extracts were studied by removing the DPPH. The experiment of antioxidant showed that the antioxidant activity improves with the rising of consistency of flavonoids.
