Objective: the flowers from hosta are a traditional medicinal material with a long history of medicinal.In mongolian medicine,it is often used to treat diseases such as sore throat and so on.It is also used to treat chronic prostatitis.In this paper,the chemical constituents of the early jade flower were summarized and classified,and the flavonoids were found to be one of the main components of the hosta flower,and the types were large,accounting for a large proportion.Flavonoids are natural antioxidants with antibacterial,anti-toxin,anti-tumor,anti-oxidation,immune regulation and other pharmacological effects,and have a good ability to scavenge free radicals and activated oxygen in the body.This is in combination with the pharmacological activity of the flower,the anti-inflammatory,the anti-tumor,the anti-bacterial,the anti-viral,and the inhibition of the acetylcholinesterase.According to reports on the literature,quercetin has entered the clinical study of CP/CPPS,which is related to the anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidative activities of flavonoids.In order to further explore the correlation between the pharmacological basis of the hosta flower and the anti-type III prostatitis,this study systematically explored the active components of the anti-type III prostatitis in the two major classes of flavonoids and total polyphenols in the hosta flower.The effective fractions of the flowers were isolated and purified,and the structure was identified.Secondly,the differences between total flavonoids and total polyphenols in the extracts from the various parts of the flowers and the antioxidant activities were analyzed.Finally,the extraction process of total flavonoids from the flowers of maize was optimized.Conditions provide theoretical support for the anti-III prostatitis of maize.The test plan and results are as follows:1.Separation and identification of the chemical constituents of the flower of the hosta using various column chromatography such as silica gel,gel and polyamide to obtain 9 monomer compounds: plantanone C(1),hostaflavanoside A(2),dihydro kaempferol(3)),glycyrrhizin(4),p-hydroxybenzoic acid(5),p-hydroxycinnamic acid(6),N-trans-p-coumarin tyramine(7),thymidine deoxyribonucleoside(8),phthalic acid-bis(2-ethyl-hexyl)ester(9),wherein 1,2 are new compounds,and 4,6,7,8,and 9 are first found in the plant of the genus Hosta.2.The results of determination of total flavonoids and total polyphenols in total extract and extracts from maize leaves showed that the contents of total flavonoids in 80%,40% and water extracts of maize were 4.94±0.10,1.32±0.04 and 2.01 ± 0.06 mg RE/g extract,and the corresponding total polyphenol content was 14.53 ± 0.14,10.37 ± 0.27 and 11.15 ± 0.59 mg GAE / g extract,respectively.In addition,the content of flavonoids in petroleum ether,ethyl acetate,n-butanol and water extracted from 80% ethanol extract of Hosta was 36.09±1.86,40.50±0.74,3.99±0.10 and 0.57±0.05 mg RE/g extract,respectively.The corresponding total polyphenol content was 18.30 ± 0.42,54.01 ± 0.47,21.08 ± 0.51 and 12.02 ± 0.04 mg GAE / g extract,respectively.The results of in vitro antioxidant(DPPH and ABTS methods)showed that the 80% ethanol extract from Hosta flowers had the strongest antioxidant capacity,and the antioxidant activities of the extracts were ethyl acetate,n-butanol,petroleum ether and water,and suggested resistance.Oxidation capacity is positively correlated with total flavonoids and total polyphenol content.3.The effects of different extraction factors of the total flavonoids content of Hosta flower were studied by single factor experiment and reflux method and ultrasonic method.According to the results of single factor test,the process optimization was carried out by response surface test design,and the content of total flavonoids in maize flower under different conditions was compared.Finally,the extraction process of reflux method was the best extraction process of total flavonoids from hosta flower,namely liquid to material ratio of 30 mL/g,extraction time of 30 min,ethanol volume fraction of 60%,extraction temperature of 90 °C,and the highest total flavonoids in this condition.The theoretical value of the extraction is 322.62 mg RE/100 g dry jade flower,and the total flavonoid extract from the actual experiment is 318.39 mg RE/100 g dry jade flower,the relative error is 1.30%,which is basically consistent with the theoretical value.It provides a scientific basis for the development of new drugs for the anti-CP/CPPS of the later jade flower.
