ObjectivesIn this study, by observation of abdominal surgery in patients with different TCM syndromes, gastrointestinal motility index, and bowel sounds recovery time, flatus, bowel movement and changes in the law, to explore the correlation of different TCM syndrome abdominal surgery in patients with gastrointestinal motility indexto provide objective and reliable basis for the clinical guide treatment.MethodsBy observing100cases of abdominal surgery patients, and records of all patients with TCM syndrome. And then record the different TCM patients with preoperative and postoperative changes of EGG parameters, as well as the anal vent, defecation and bowel sounds recovery time. Using statistical software to analyze the correlation of different TCM syndrome of abdominal surgery and the recovery of postoperative symptoms and gastrointestinal electrical laboratory indicators.ResultsAbdominal surgery in patients with TCM syndrome mixed with the actual situation of more than58%, while the empirical, followed by27%, deficiency accounted for15%. The day before surgery, EGG prompted phlegm and blood stasis in patients with gastric electrical amplitude decreased; Each TCM syndrome prompted, postoperative EGG stagnation and spleen deficiency, spleen wet stasis each node patients compared with the preoperative gastric electrical amplitude enhancement. By observing each TCM syndrome in patients with first flatus, first anal defecation, and the restoration of bowel sounds be able to find out:Compared with the stagnation and spleen deficiency in patients with blood deficiency type patients of first flatus and bowel sounds and recovery time was significantly longer; blood deficiency in patients with first time anal exhaust time Spleen wetthe petechia each node patients live longer; mutual junction of the Spleen wet stasis and Phlegm mutual resistance in patients with bowel sounds recovery time than patients with liver depression and spleen increased to extend.ConclusionDifferent TCM syndromes in patients with gastrointestinal function recovery time is different.
