Blood pressure,which reflect the human circulatory system is an important physiological parameters. The physical state of heart pump function, heart rate, resistance of peripheral vascular, elasticity of aortic and large artery, the body's blood volume and blood are reflected in indicators of blood pressure. So the detection of blood pressure is very important significance in clinically. But how to use non-invasive, economical way to obtain accurate and reliable blood pressure parameters is still constantly exploring problems in biomedical.Oscillometric is the detection of advanced in non-invasive blood pressure measurement. It reveals qualitatively the discipline of pulse pressure signal pressure changes with cuffs. And it shows the quantitative relationship between the average pressure and pulse wave signal. It provides a more scientific method for further define the parameters of blood pressure. As electronic and computer technology development rapidly, based on the oscillometric method for noninvasive blood pressure device after another.This expound the principle of non-invasive blood pressure measuring instrument on the principle of a term to describe the current non-invasive blood pressure measuring instrument status, trends and clinical application. And it information the status, trends and clinical application of non-invasive blood pressure measuring instrument on the current. Main content related to hardware and software design of non-invasive blood pressure measuring instrument, blood pressure signal analysis, the use of MATLAB wavelet toolbox, and VC++ mixed programming with MATLAB. Among them, non-invasive blood pressure measuring instrument hardware system design is the focus of this article, it is the blood pressure measurement module design. In the study and measurement of formation mechanism of the body blood pressure, hardware and software for the design of measurement module base on principles of blood pressure measurement of oscillometric to determine the overall design of the module, and then with the C8051F330 microcontroller as the core. The overall system hardware and software debugging, including hardware and software debugging and calibration of blood pressure measurement module, hardware and software debugging of serial communication, pulse wave signal analysis and processing program debugging. After the final overall debugging, the system basically achieve the desired function.Part of the blood pressure signal analysis, in the hardware on the basis of band-pass filter, and then to multi-resolution wavelet theory based on filter characteristics, to achieve the extraction of more accurate pulse wave from the blood pressure data file, as the basis for calculating the systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, average blood pressure and heart rate that reflect the physiological indicators of blood pressure.
