Establishing Protct System Of Different Brand Liu Wei Dihuac Pills

Liuwei Dihuang pills is a complex prescription which mixed by six TCM on a certainpercentage.It is a famous prescription and has been used widely in clinical application.It has hugebenefit to body,especially in kidney.But now more and more pharmaceutical enterprises produceLiuwei Dihuang pills,even emerge counterfeit products.It is difficult to identify the quality amongdifferent manufacturers. So it is very necessary to protect the interests of people and manufacturers.we aim to establishing an identify protective system of Liuwei Dihuang pills.HPLC had been used instudy.In this study,the pretreatment conditions of sample were inspected.Comparing differentextraction method and extraction time,the most optimized pretreatment conditions were ultrasoundwith ethanol30minutes.Twelve manufacturers' Liuwei Dihuang pills and three batches of amanufacturer were selected as materials.Similarity Evaluation System of ChromatographicFingerprints of TCM(2004A) and Excel had been used for data analysis, The results were asfollowed:1. Horizontal comparison between different batches of a manufacturer indicated:the componentsof Liuwei Dihuang pills have good stability,but the content of chemical composition have certaindifferences.2. Longitudinal comparison among twelve manufacturers indicated: The total peak rate ofmanufacturer No.1, No.2, No.3is low.It is high in manufacturer No.5, No.8, No.10, No.11, No.12.The total peak rate of manufacturer No.4, No.6, No.7is in the middle level.the quality ofmanufacturer which had higher total peak rate is better,while manufacturer with lower total peak rate is relatively poor. May be it is related to the quality of raw materials, processing technology andoperation standard.3. Screening and comparing all peaks of twelve manufacturers,we drawed everymanufacturer'HPLC bar codes which could protect there product'coryright..
