Objective:Comparison of the results of Treadmill Exercise Test with coronary angiography in the patient with CHD and Blood StasisMethods:Choose13inpatients from Xi Yuan Hospital during Jan.2007to Jan.2012diagnosed with CHD and blood stasis, collect their results of treadmill exercise test and coronary angiography, ask their symptoms and history of disease, record their tongue and pulse. Detect the patient's metabolic equivalents, exercise timing and maximum heart rate by12-lead continuous ECG monitoring, and observe their ST segment changes and the presence of chest pain. According to Blood stasis points to assess the degree of blood stasis, the Gensini score system evaluation the result of coronary angiography, the Duke scoring system evaluation of the results of treadmill exercise test. Analyze the results and process it with SPSS18.0Results:(1)TET-positive patients accounted for the proportion of CHD patients was69.23%. TET-negative patients among patients with CHD were30.76%.(2)TET-positive rate between the Gensini score mild group and severe group is significant different. Gensini'points may be more accurate than the coronary stenosis, coronary artery lesion count in the evaluation of TET-positive rate.(3)There is a high-level correlation between Gensini score with Duke Treadmill Score. Regression equation is:Y (DTS)=40.691-3.082X (Gensini score). DTS has a certain reference value to the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.(4)The moderate group and severe group of Gensini score have a significant difference in the evaluation of ST segment depression occurrence time and duration.(5) The severe the coronary stenosis is, the METs tend to become smaller and smaller.(6) There is a high-level correlation between Gensini score with. Regression equation is:Y (Gensini score)=40.691-3.082X (Blood Stasis Score).(7) Phlegm and blood stasis type has a significant lower-level than Qi deficiency and blood stasis type in Blood Stasis Score. Conclusions:TET is one of non-invasive exam methods in the diagnosis of CAD. It is simple, economic, practical and fits to apply in clinic.
