Comparative Analysis Of Treadmill Exercise Test And Coronary CT Angiography In The Diagnosis Of Coronary Heart Disease

Purpose:Under the premise of coronary angiography as the gold standard for the diagnosis of coronary heart disease and coronary stenosis,the clinical value of coronary CT angiography and treadmill exercise test in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease was analyzed.Method:Suspected coronary heart disease from January 2013 to January 2017 was selected,and coronary CT angiography(CTA),treadmill exercise test(TET),and coronary angiography(CAG)were performed and met screening requirements.A total of 132 patients underwent coronary angiography as the gold standard,and the coronary angiography,treadmill exercise test,and the sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of the combined diagnosis were compared and statistically analyzed.Result:Sensitivity of combined diagnosis>TET and CTA;accuracy of combined diagnosis>TET;male sensitivity of TET>female;male specificity of TET>female;male accuracy of TET>female;female sensitivity of CTA and combined diagnosis Both>TET,combined diagnosis of male sensitivity>CTA;TET(positive criteria with suspected positive)sensitivity>CTA and TET(positive criteria do not contain suspected positive);TET positive rate of severe stenosis>moderate narrow.The positive detection rate of combined diagnosis for severe stenosis>moderate stenosis;the positive detection rate of combined diagnosis for moderate stenosis>TET;the combined detection rate for severe diagnosis>TET and CTA;combined diagnosis for single stenosis The positive detection rate>TET and CTA;the positive detection rate of combined diagnosis for multi-vessel disease>TET;the positive detection rate of combined diagnosis of anterior descending stenosis>TET and CTA.Conclusion:TET and CTA generally have no significant differences in the sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of diagnosis of coronary heart disease.However,the sensitivity of TET decreases with the reduction of stenosis,and the sensitivity and specificity of TET in women are low.Coronary CT angiography results were stable,however,the results of the two tests for different degrees of coronary artery stenosis are not ideal.A combined diagnosis of both can increase sensitivity.However,the results of the two tests for different degrees of coronary artery stenosis are not ideal.
