Objective: Observation on pingchuan granule on effects of NF-κB andα-SMA content of asthmatic guinea pigs. To study on pingchuan granule onairway inflammation and remodeling in Guinea pig asthma intervention.Methods:60male and female guinea pigs and randomly divided into5groups, that is, empty groups, model groups, positive control drug prednisoneacetate Group,pingchua granules with high dose and low dose groups.Among blank group, and the remaining4shoot1histamine phosphate groupwith ultrasonic atomizer,0.2equivalent of acetylcholine chloride mixture ofreplication in Guinea pig asthma model. Take HE staining of lung tissue,under optical microscope observation on pathological changes in lung tissueof Guinea pig, and immunohistochemical staining, observation of changes oflung tissue of Guinea pig NF-κB, α-SMA.Results: Pingchuan granule and positive control drug groups more modelgroup significantly reduced expression of NF-κB, α-SMA P<0.05, asignificant difference compared with the model group; pingchuan granule ineach dose group has a different degree of reduction, most evident in high-dose group; pingchuan granule in all dose groups more positive medicationcontrol group be less(P<0.05).Conclusion: Pingchuan granule can be effective in inhibiting expressionof experimental asthma Guinea pig NF-κB, α-SMA, to control airwayinflammation and remodeling of asthmatic guinea pigs.
