Nowadays, a lot of foreign students choose to study further in China. Because of the differences between original culture and Chinese culture, they were likely to produce acculturative stress, however there is no Acculturative Stress Scale for International Students which is suit to Chinese culture, in this study, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, analysis of reliability and validity were used to revise foreign Acculturative Stress Scale for International Students, and then made a investigation into international students' acculturative stress in China. On the other hand, with the help of Resilience Scale for Adults and Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale, the level of international students' acculturative stress and resiliency were explored among 480 international students who were studying in Huajiachi collage area of Zhejiang University, Zhejiang Sci-Tech University, Hangzhou Normal University and Zhejiang Gongshang University by T-Test and analysis of multiple. Finally correlation analysis and linear regression were used to further analyze the relationships among resiliency, acculturative stress and mental health. It should be useful for the education of the foreign students. The main findings were as follows:1. The reliability and validity of the revised Acculturative Stress Scale for International Students had met the requirements of surveying.2. Overall, international students' acculturative stress was general, but the level of resiliency and mental healthy is higher.3. Acculturative stress would vary significantly with Countries (state) of cadastral, degree, subject and time of studying in China.4. Resiliency would vary significantly with Countries (state) of cadastral, degree, subject and time of studying in China.5. Mental health would vary significantly with Countries (state) of cadastral, subject and time of studying in China.6. Acculturative stress was in significant negative correlation with resiliency.7. Resiliency was in significant positive correlation with mental health.8. Acculturative stress was the negative predictor of resiliency and mental health.9. Resiliency was the positive predictor of mental health.10. The resiliency plays a partly mediating role between acculturative stress and mental health.
