Research On Urban Style Of Contemporary Bird And Flower Paintings

Since the reform and opening up, lifestyle in modern city become more and more diversified as the speeding up of china's urbanization, that enrich people's thoughts and feelings. Metropolitan artists have focused their mind on urban culture and life elements of city on the basis of the traditional painting. These paintings have reflected feelings of living in the modern city and expressed enthusiasm for life in their own way. There are a few documents and monographs about the painting for urban themes, which increased difficulties in researching and became a innovation point as well. By studying literature materials and image data, this thesis has made a deep analysis of the urban style which was expressed in contemporary bird and flower paintings.Three parts:1,Introduction:explaining the reasons of selected title, meanings of study, situation of study and urban style in contemporary bird and flower paintings.2,Analyzing the social background and times factor for influencing the contemporary bird and flower painting.3,Art language and Aesthetic feelings of contemporary bird and flower paintings: making a deep analysis of the urban style which was expressed in contemporary bird and flower paintings by image and document analysis and comparative study, especially the expression of the urban style in its own way.Conclusion:urban themes have got more and more attention in contemporary bird and flower painting, but there are few studies about this. Hoping researches in this paper can do a little humble in this field.
