The Research Of Li Jieren's Novel Creation

In modern Chinese literature history, Li Jieren is an important writer. His long river trilogy is very excellent and great length. The story of the novels over a long history involves numerous figures and shaped a few classic characters. The long river trilogy is different from traditional historical novel; it embodies many features of modern novel and has great impact on the development of modern Chinese historical novel. Li Jieren also created a large number of short stories and made custom research. The third section will discuss the contribution of long river trilogy to modern Chinese historical novel, one side is to insist on modern historical ideas, and the other side is to adopt modern art form.The third chapter will discuss literary thought causes; analyze his rich growth experience which includes journalist official and industrialist. Li Jieren had studied in France; the thesis will discuss the influence of France literature to his creation, and explore the relationship between the writer's personal experience and his creation by investigate regional environment which Li Jieren lived.
