Mo Zi's View Of Life

Chinese philosophy continuously pays attention to human nature and life issues in history.As one of the Qin Danasty school,Mo zi has proposed his own unique opinion.This opinion plays an important role in the process of formation and development of the theory on the subject of human nature and life issues.This article consists of six parts:Mo zi was borned after Confucious,the formation of his theory has passed two phrases.Early bases on confucianism,then bases on vetoing the confucianis m. Simultaneously,he is a farmer rich in knowledge of theory and practiceAccording to the opinion of Confucious,early the human nature is similar,but as the time passes,human nature changes greatly. On the contrary,Mo zi clearly proposed that born human nature is evil,it leads to the collapse of stable social relationship and orderMo zi believes that environment can infuence the human's life.Good environment can cultivate one's good quality,while bad environment will lead one to hell,it's so-called "dyed in dark green is dark green,in yellow is yellow".At the same time,Mo zi especially puts emphasis on the importance of cultivating individuel moral,proposing the principle that "poverty will see honesty,the rich see loyalty,the living see love,death see sadness".The ideal personality of Mo zi is "integrated man" and "saint".Mo zi has different opinion from Confucious on the view of righteousness and profit. Mo zi stresses profit,but this profit has its own meaning,it is on behalf of the interests of people. At the same time, Mo zi thinks that doing righteous behaviour is just in order to killing harmness,by this way,he realizes the union of righteousness and profit.Mo zi has a great ideal that he wants to bring the greatest happiness to people,it includes two aspects,one is that love is each other and the cross—Li,the other is xing the world benefit.Around these two aspects, Mo zi proposed that people should practice thriftness and establish a hamonious society.The value of Mo zi's view on life is that it is not only an builder of Chinese ideal personality,but also can enlighten us to build an environmentally friendly and resource-saving society.
