Study On The Environmental Design Model Taking Linguistics As Cognitive View

This paper was arisen from one of my confusions:the professional question of environmental design major, design language, and the essence of design. Further exploration because of confusion, the paper explored the path to seek out the answers along with doubts and questions, which was a process of series questions and answers, and finally all the queries were focused on how to establish the design languages of designers. Therefore the paper discussed environmental design taking linguistics as a cognitive method, proposed an environmental design model taking linguistics as cognitive view, and built the research frame of the thesis. According to linguistics, using the study methods and results from phenology and ecology, summarized two clues of the study, one clue to design the main body, one characterized by the type of language clues.The former is from the perspective of speech event analysis and design of the main acts in the environmental design process, including three behavior stages, namely impressive speech, internal speech and expressive speech. The paper extended the definition of psychology on inner speech, as its introduction, refers to all activities within the design of the main collection, try from different disciplines, schools of different perspectives on the consciousness of people to discuss the content and structure of inner speech. According to Chomsky's linguistic theory, divided into surface structure and deep structure, surface structure has a surface meaning is the use of linguistic symbols to activities perceived to be the main part; deep structure of the deep meaning, it can not be perceived, vested in psychology's subconscious said, with the collective unconscious and the individual unconscious.
