In the current study of moral judgment, moral dilemma is divided into personal dilemma (such as footbridge dilemma) and impersonal dilemma (such as trolley dilemma). People often make utilitarian judgment with impersonal dilemma, but make non-utilitarian judgments with personal dilemma(Greene et al.,2001). However, in the personal high-conflict dilemma, a person sacrifice to save 5 people, not all of the moral? Nature of the individual judgment, and in some situations (such as crying baby), individuals make utilitarian judgments. The personal high-conflict dilemmas are also relate close to the intention, not only negative emotion, the intention is to explain the personal high-conflict dilemma (such as crying baby)is an important factor (Schaich et al.,2006; Greene et al.,2009). The study tests the effective of intention in the personal high-conflict dilemma. So we believe that the maximized interests(personal involvement) in private intention of prior intention is the best way to explain the personal high-conflict dilemma. In the footbridge dilemma, the extent of the individual involved is low, therefore, be tested on the adoption of common criteria ("no"), we called the social intention moral dilemma, and it is similar to the crying baby, people were highly involved, and personal interests are maximum, so it has been tested to make utilitarian judgments ("yes"), we name it private intention moral dilemma.Under the Chinese culture, three experiments has been designed to explore subjects in the high-conflict problems in themselves reasons? To take a different judge, do they coincide with the foreigner and what are the impact of the factors? (1) Under the Chinese culture, the same personal high-conflict dilemma, how do subjects make decisions? (2) How do cognition and time load effect subjects' decisions in the moral judgement? Can they do the opposite? How do subjects make decisions with the moral judgment in cognition and time load? (3) How the impact of private intention in the personal high-conflict dilemma. The results showed that:1. In this experiment, the choices of subjects are the same with foreigners, the baby crying tendency to choose "yes" of the judgment (utilitarian judgment), while dilemmas in the footbridge tendency "no" judgment (non-utilitarian judgment).2. Cognition and time load has a little impact. Based on cognitive load experiment, when the analysis was tested in determining the effect of cognitive load was made by the judgment, the results of social intention moral dilemma has been extended, the proportion of non-utilitarian judge declined (to determine "no" ratio), indicating that the cognitive load on the subjects judgement has played a role, but under the influence of cognitive load, which adhere to the guidelines of the phenomenon appeared shaken, and private intention moral dilemma was tested to determine when the reaction has not been extended, but was tested to determine the type of utilitarian judgments to be a certain proportion of the decline (to determine "no" ratio).3. So we used time of loading on the different roles of moral judgments, experiment has showed that the loading time way in the context of Chinese culture is very limited, private intention moral dilemma did not change the utilitarian judgments, subjects tended to choose "yes", and under pressure of time abroad? In subjects taking non-utilitarian judgments (judged as "no") result was not consistent with the reasons of these instructions, we believed that different values can make the appropriate interpretation.4. We designed experiments to explore the impact in the personal high-conflict dilemmas, high-involvement of private intentions and low-involvement.The experimental results have showed that subjects in the high-involvement of private interests, the tendency to choose "yes" of the judgment (utilitarian judgment), in the private interest was low-involvement, tend to choose "no" judgments (non-utilitarian judgment).
