Subjective well-being is an important part research field for positive psychology, it is a positive subjective experience for individual. One explanation style is closely related with mental health, healthy body and academic achievements.Based on the comprehensive review of the connotation, measuring method of subjective well-being and explanatory style and relationships, this paper using the questionnaire Using three questionnaire, were from Seligman "Test your own optimism" questionnaire, Xing Zhan Jun city residents subjective well-being questionnaire, Zheng Ri Chang college students interpersonal troubled questionnaire, measured 367 participants whose grades vary from grade 1 to grade 4 in college, exploring the relation among subjective well-being and explanatory style and relationships. So that we can not only know more about their psychology, but also instruct them to become more optimistic and get scientific and correct explanatory style, improve the level of their mental health, and promote the healthy developing of their individuality. The results showed that:First, the relationship between explanatory style and subjective well-being presents the characteristics and rules for:Overall, the contemporary university students subjective well-being is low, and the explanatory style tend to the form of pessimistic explanation.Explanatory style and subjective well-being is a significant positive correlation. The college students who with an optimism explanatory style have a higher subjective well-being, with pessimistic explanatory style have a lower subjective well-being.People who in positive events played low optimistic, in negative events played low pessimistic has lowest subjective well-being. People who in positive events played highest optimistic, in negative events played moderate pessimistic has highest subjective well-being.Second, Characteristics and regularity presented the relative between explanatory style and interpersonal relationship is that:The contemporary university students'interpersonal relations troubled so-so. The relationships between explanatory style and interpersonal relations are a significant negative correlation.The students whose with optimistic explanatory style feel less interpersonal relationship troubling, who with pessimistic explanatory style feel interpersonal relationship more troubling.Crowd in active event with low optimistic attitude and in negative events have high pessimistic attitude had highest interpersonal bothering. Crowd in active event with high optimistic attitude and in negative events with low pessimistic attitude had lowest interpersonal bothering.Three, the rule for relationship between interpersonal relationships and subjective well-being is that.There is a significant negative correlation between the interpersonal relationship and subjective well-being. People who troubled serious interpersonal relations has lower subjective well-being, and troubled fewer students the subjective well-being is higher.Four, the contemporary university students'explanatory style and interpersonal interaction effects significantly influence the students'subjective well-being. In explanatory style on subjective well-being prediction, interpersonal relationship plays a partial intermediary effect.
