College students are the object of the study, and use three scales: Self-reportingInventory (SCL-90)、general well-being schedule (GWB)、multidimensional-multiattributionalcausality scale (MMCS), and investigate the current level of the college studentspsychological health, and analysis further the related and predict relationship betweenexplanatory style、subjective well-being and the level of the college student’ psychologicalhealth. In the base of date research, apply research of OB, against the college student that thelevel of psychological health in the back of27%, the results are as follows:(1) The level of college students’ psychological health status as follows:The college students’ psychological health was significantly lower than the level of thenational norm.The college students were no significant differences in gender comparison;There are differences in the level of college students’ psychological health betweendifferent grades, reflect in “interpersonal sensitivity” factor;There are differences in the level of college students psychological health betweendifferent professional,reflect in "anxiety" factor;The college students were no significant differences in different Sources;There are differences in the level of college students’ psychological health between theonly son and non-the only son, reflect in "interpersonal sensitivity" and "hostile" factor;(2) The relationship analysis between college students’ explanatory style、subjectivewell-being and the level of the college student’ psychological health, results are as follows:There are a significant correlation between “situational attribution”、"luck attributed"、"ability attribution”、“success attribution” of explanatory style’ factors and SCL-90."life satisfaction and interest”,“depressed or happy state of mind”,"relaxation andtension" of GWB’ factors are exist a significant correlation between "anxiety","hostile" and"terrorist""interpersonal sensitivity" of SCL-90factors;There are a positive correlation between SWB for the total score and SCL-90for thetotal score;Explanatory style has a good role in prediction on psychological health.(3) The results of OB intervention study are as follows:There are no significant differences between the experimental group and the controlgroup; There are a very significant differences between pre-test and post-test of the experimental group; There are no significant differences between pre-test and post-test of thecontrol group; There are a very significant differences about post-test between theexperimental group and the control group; Explain that OB can effective intervention on thelevel of college students’ psychological health.
