| Prejudice is a widespread social and psychological phenomenon, and also one of the focus of social psychology. The core is invariably biased, incomplete standards of people and things arising after evaluation of an attitude. With the social prejudice of the rise of cognitive psychology approach, for intensified research on prejudice and the fine, psychology passion for social cognition research also contributed to further development of prejudice. However, the main focus for the study of prdjudice in a single area, such as race, gender, occupation, very few cross-border research, and in our real life, prejudice, often in different areas and thus play a role in both words and actions affect the people . Recruitment is currently in the workplace, there are all kinds of prejudices to which age prejudice more and more people pay attention, and students are the future of the successors and pioneers, who for this age of workplace assessment and awareness of prejudice directly affect the future employment and overall development of society, so this study on the Implicit Association Test Implicit career-age prejudice of university students, to try to understand that the existence of prejudice among university students, analyze the causes, and try to propose to eliminate and reduce career-age prejudice methods.In the experimental study, using the reaction-based Implicit Association Test, the university students as subjects, to measure their implicit career-age prejucice, the results show:1. There are obvious implicit career-age prejudice in university students;2. The students career-age prdjudice is not only for young or older, but both, with a bi-sexual. To some professional terms, young people are more popular, and for other occupations, the elderly are more popular;3. The implicit career-age prejudice of university students does not have the demographic differences, ie their gender, age, profession, independent of whether the child and other factors;4. Students of explicit attitudes and implicit attitudes measurement results are not significantly related to the emergence of experimental separation of the two.According to the theory of prejudice, from both individuals and society to try to eliminate or reduce this bias: personal point of view, to eliminate stereotypes, role play and self-monitoring; social point of view, changing social norms, the development will help to eliminate prejudice Social norms, to strengthen the education of children and increase contact between different groups and so on. |
