The new generation of peasant workers is the product of the special national conditions of our country.With the deepening of the new urbanization process,their status gradually changes from the floating population to the locals and the urban residents.City people on the new generation of peasant workers awareness is also changing,from "migrant workers" to "urban builders" change.College students are the main force of the future social development,and their ideological level is related to the future development of our country.This article mainly talk about college students whether or not exist a new generation of peasant workers' prejudice.Self-esteem is the individual's own views and evaluation,will affect the individual's way of thinking and behavior.In addition,the individual may show different attitudes towards the same group,one that can be perceived by the individual,one is at the individual subconscious level,is automatically activated,therefore this paper will discusses the relationship between self-esteem and prejudice from the perspective of implicit and explicit,and provides the corresponding theoretical support and lay the foundation for the elimination of prejudice.In this study,113 college students from Shanxi Normal University were randomly selected as subjects,and 105 subjects were successfully tested to complete the questionnaire and implicit association test.Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS19.0.Include descriptive statistics,single sample T test,independent sample T test,correlation analysis.The main findings include:1.college students on the new generation of peasant workers obvious prejudice,that is,college students to its evaluation is more negative.2.college students have significant implicit prejudice on the new generation of peasant workers,and implicit prejudice and explicit prejudice are independent of each other.3.The male students' evaluation on the new generation of peasant workers was more positive than that of the female students,and the implicit prejudice was not significant.4.There are no differences in the explicit prejudice between the college students from the rural areas and the students from the city.There are differences in the implicit prejudice.The students from the city are more negative about the new generation of migrant workers.5.The level of different explicit self-esteem on the implicit and explicit prejudice of the new generation of migrant workers was not significant.6.The level of implicit self-esteem of college students has a significant effect on the implicit bias of the new generation of peasant workers,that is,the high implicit self-esteem is more negative for the new generation of peasant workers.The implicit self-esteem has no significant effect on the explicit prejudice.
