Ethics Review Of Corporate Charitable Donation In Our Country

In modern society, corporate has not only a business identity, but also acting as a"corporate citizen"role. Survival and development of a corporate are closely related to its contribution to the society. On the one hand, its development provide it more social responsibility; on the other hand, the greater business contribution to the society it give, the more opportunities of access to development it will get. Donation is an important way for the corporate to under take the social responsibility. Supporting and participating the social commonweal,is an important aspect of the corporation managing ethics moral reconstruction, and is the manifesting of the corporate culture,the corporate spiritual civilization and corporate core value. Today, the development of the corporation entered the time which competitive intangible assets, donation is helpful in advancing corporate intangible assets disposition such as culture and morals. It is also one kind of essential form that the corporate seeks own comprehensive development and the realization of its value under the condition of market economy. The corporate donation enhances the Chinese traditional moral such as the unity meanly , concernes about the disadvantaged minority on morality, helps to ease or resolve social conflicts, and makes the society show more just.The demand for the commonweal in our society grows day by day. The commonweal becomes more and more developed,and it needs not only the government,but also the corporate support urgently. As the greatest wealth inventor of the social,the corporate's subsidize to the society becomes more and more important, which makes it become the main army of society donation. From the donation to the southern snow and ice disasters , the 5 ? 12 Wenchuan earthquake , Yushu earthquake and other events, we can see that Chinese corporate donation is emerging gradually,and it has a tendency toward continually and comprehensive development. However, due to weak awareness of social responsibility, lack of corporate integrity, poor circumstance of social media and charitable donations and other factors, there is still not enough donations, faulse of donation promises and other issues. For this situation, we should reflect it under the guidance of the Marxism ethics theory to seek a complete corporate charitable donation way in our country.This article think that we should be from both of the enterprises themselves and the business environment to improve the charitable donation way, which is combined with Chinese national conditions and corporate charitable donation itself. Specify it, firstly, improve the ethical concept of corporate charitable donations, in other words, to create ethical culture; secondly, is to strengthen the construction of corporate charitable donations system, namely the establishment of rational donation systems and efficient donation system; thirdly, optimize charitable donations environment, that is to create a good atmosphere for corporate charitable donations, improve the credibility of the organization, improve the policies and regulations related to charitable donations in order to achieve a win-win mode, so as to promote the society develop harmoniously.
