Research On Corporate Social Responsibility From The Perspective Of Structural Transformation

Since the reform and opening to the outside world,our society has been in the historical period of overall transformation.The structural transformation has made great changes in social values and sense of responsibility.As the most active economic unit in the society,enterprises are also affected by the social transformation.The lack of corporate social responsibility is seriously inconsistent with the prosperity of China's rapid economic development,forming a strong contrast.Therefore,it is of important and far-reaching social significance to study CSR problems from the perspective of structural transformation.The structural transformation in a certain extent,make the enterprise production management way,philosophy,ethics and cultural changes,in promoting the rapid development of social economy,the corporate social responsibility put forward higher requirements.In view of the existing problems of corporate social responsibility,this paper deeply analyzes the causes of the lack of corporate social responsibility,and puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen the social responsibility of enterprises.The article thinks,the establishment of a market economy,the impact of multiculturalism on business ethics,moral constraints of the decline,the media and the public participation,lack of government supervision and management is not in place,constitutes a fundamental reason for the lack of corporate social responsibility.The fulfillment of social responsibility is the objective requirement for enterprises to realize sustainable development,and also an important means to realize the prosperity and development of enterprise economy and society.Through the cultivation of rational economic man's moral consciousness,promote the transformation of social structure in the transformation of morality,ability and function in guiding irrigation,strengthen enterprise responsibility ethics construction,improve corporate social responsibility and restraint mechanisms,improve the ability of enterprises to fulfill their social responsibilities,in order to solve the problems of corporate social responsibility.Comparative study on the application of article,through the comparison of domestic and foreign theories about corporate social responsibility research,find deficiencies in the social responsibility of Chinese enterprises;use of causal analysis,the causes of the corporate social responsibility and ethical issues in-depth analysis,describes the dilemma facing enterprises in the social responsibility;the use of conflict analysis method,analysis of the causes of corporate social responsibility dilemma with dialectical point of view,put forward reasonable suggestions to strengthen the construction of corporate social responsibility.
