Pragmatic Presupposition is the supposition by design which made by the speaker for the context of speech. It was the condition of premise what a speech has taken the important informations. The pragmatic presupposition also is the mutual cognizance between the both communicators. Therefore it asked for the both communicators should have the mutual background cognizance. Someone who thought the listener probably understood rightly the purpose of speech speaks to others possibly based on pragmatic presupposition. Pragmatic presupposition which is the other segment of information always with the sentences seems the bodiless soul but necessary for speech or writing. It always consists in speech & writing. Of course we definitely can try out it & write it down. It researched pragmatic presupposition circumspectly and tried to analyze by contrast for all linguistic phenomena. It stressed & proved that pragmatic presupposition howsoever isn't abolishable herein lies its significance. It's different from some sentential parts that could be cut away. It always exists the whole sentence as the body keeps the life. Thus it's abolishable only for semantic presupposition but pragmatic. The great points of innovation of this dissertation are with the new thesises that pragmatic presupposition is without abolishment & the word or phrase took presupposition in conversations. The total materials of cases of presupposition phenomena are looked into the intercommunication and written with more attention by writer. It gave a brief statement of presupposition in Chapter One and neatened the theory of presupposition in Chapter Two. In the next two chapters it researched the semantic & pragmatic presuppositions deeply. Finally it is narrated what to study more in future.
