Influence Of Humanity Of Confucian Culture On Moral Sensitivity Of College Students

In everyday life, people often encounter the moral component implicit context, how to identify the moral event out of situations will involve the issue of moral sensitivity. Based on systematical reviews on theories and empirical researches on moral sensitivity, this research focus on the commitment views of humanity and empathy, locus of control personality factors such as whether it will have a significant effect of moral sensitivity on the context of Chinese culture.Taking college student as participants, the paper designed two researches. Research one primed views of humanity to discuss views of humanity, gender and locus of control how to influence the level of moral sensitivity. Research two sub-threshold primed views of humanity to discuss views of humanity, gender and empathy how to influence the level of moral sensitivity. The research one results show that, main effect of views of humanity and the locus of control was significant was significant, main effect of gender was not significant, interaction was not significant in the total score of the moral sensitivity. The main effect of three factors was significant, and interaction was not significant in the l score of the care moral sensitivity. The main effect of gender and views of humanity was significant, interaction between views of humanity, gender and locus of control was significant in the score of the justice moral sensitivity. The research two results show that, main effect of views of humanity and empathy was significant, main effect of gender was not significant, interaction between three factors was significant on the total score of the moral sensitivity. The main effect of empathy and gender was significant, and interaction between views of humanity and gender was not significant, interaction between views of humanity and empathy was not significant in the score of the care moral sensitivity. The main effect of gender and views of humanity was significant, interaction between views of humanity, gender and empathy was significant on the justice moral sensitivity.On the whole, views of humanity of Chinese traditional culture, empathy, locus of control and gender of the subjects affected moral sensitivity. Several factors had the different effect on moral sensitivity of care and moral sensitivity of justice. views of humanity, gender and empathy show more complex interactions effect when sub-threshold primed views of humanity. This study compared several important factors of the moral sensitivity, it has a great practical significance in promoting school moral education.
