Through analyzing the special stylistic features of commercial promotional texts and the underlying difficulty in translation, the writer put forward translation restructuring skill which advocated putting the promotional effect of the translated texts in the first place. Guided by the philosophy of conforming to the usage of the target language, this translation skill abandoned the unreasonable word-for-word or phase-for-phase translation and avoided translationese by means of taking each paragraph and even the whole text as the translation unit. In the main body of the thesis, the writer thoroughly discussed the implementation of translation restructuring skill in three parts, namely rearranging the content, materializing the logic and adjusting the style. After the concrete introduction and analysis of translation restructuring skill, it is hoped that this skill could play a positive role in guiding and optimizing the translation of commercial promotional texts.
