The Taiwan Shiwuyin Dictionary written by Huang Youshi from Douliu of Yunling in Taiwan was a phonetic dictionary that reflect partial Zhangzhou southern dialect. The historical comparative theories was used for direction and inductive and deductive methods also were used in Our study. We compare the phonetic system of Taiwan Shiwuyin Dictionary with the Fujian-Taiwan tongue of the southern Fujian dialect, discuss its quality of the phonetic system, work over its wen-bai phonetic system. We use contemporary and historic methods to compared the phonetic system of The Taiwan Shiwuyin Dictionary with the HuiYinMiaoWu's and the HuiJiYaSuTongShiWuYin's and the GuangYun's. We search the Inherited relationship between Fujian and Taiwan and we study the inheritance hierarchy and the phonetic differences between the Taiwan shiwuyin dictionary's and the GuangYun's for finding out the Principle and laws of it. In addition, there will be a comparation in this book of the Putonghua with the TaiWan shiwuyin dictionary that would do some favor for the people who learn Putonghua in the southern Fujian dialect district.
