Buddhist Institute is one of the Buddhism trainning moods, which produced in the early twentieth century, aiming exclusively to train buddhist talents. Focusing on the school-running, this thesis mainly studies how the Nun Department of Fujian Buddhist Institute runs, such as the distinguishing feature, the school system, the idea of school-running, the achievements, and so on. Meanwhile, this paper analyses the tonsured karma in the veiw of Dialectical Materialism and sociological statistics method, which reflects how and why the Buddhist nuns come into being in certain conditions of special period. Also, the paper interpretes some unique nouns of Buddhist Institute objectively. Finally, the dissertation tries to recommend some thoughts or advice about school-running. |
