With the development of economic globalization, transnational economic activities continue to be conducted in different countries, a growing number of exchange and collisions happens between different cultures and systems, Misunderstandings and ethical conflicts caused by cultural differences have occurred, then what ethical standards should be based on to deal with such conflicts? People are often troubled by this complex ethical dilemma.Integrative Social Contracts Theory put forward by two important academic scholars, Thomas Donaldson and Thomas W.Dunfee, in international business ethics, absorbed western classical political philosophy and the latest social contact theory, with respect and tolerance as the basic principles, trying to provide a new analysis framework for understanding the rights and obligations of enterprise and staff in different countries, cultures and system, as well as illuminates people a new enterprise social contract. It created a "middle way" in how to establish a business ethics which generally accepted by all communities and also respect the cultural difference between communities. The theory in the foreign business ethics in academic circles not only has caused larger concern, but also is used for some enterprise practitioners, because of its normative and empirical research and strong operability. However, it also lacks the corresponding system research and evaluation in domestic. Therefore, it will help us to think and promote our business ethical theory and then cope and solve the challenges which our enterprise faced in practice, by analysis, research and study integrative social contract theory,The first chapter of paper start with the " Wal-mart Union Door "case, bring forward the questions, such as "When a practice or traditional circulation in different culture area, whether it needs to adjust? And how to adjust? What should be based on principle of decision?" In the process of trying to seek solution, we find that it is necessary to study the" Integrative Social Contracts Theory ",because it offers us a special analysis framework, then mainly introduce the research background, present situation and its meaning, train of thought and some problems need to say; The second chapter, begin with the origin of social contract theory, divided into three stages of ancient origin, modern development and modern and contemporary steering, and then comb the development path of related ethics theory, focus on the research of how the social contract theory develops gradually into "integrative" social contract theory; The third chapter, focus on the research of theory form and characteristics, Systematically introduce the core content of main beliefs, decision-making model the relationship with some main theories and so on; The fourth chapter, give comments on the theory and the related abroad research, try to raise some of my own views on the basis of combing the assessment of domestic and foreign literatures; Finally, with the reality of China, point out what we can use for reference from the Integrative Social Contract Theory, respectively from two dimensions of theory and practice.
