In daily life, everyone will face a variety of issues need to make a decision. Although part of the problem can rely on past experience and expertise of life successfully resolved, but for more accurate and efficient decision-making, people tend to make decisions with reference to the recommendations of others, especially in some major decisions. For example: After completing the voluntary entrance, the parties are willing to get parents and teachers with the recommendations; company recruitment, leadership team willing to refer the recommendations and views of existing members; in customer shopping, but also be active or passive, or commercial advertising in the proposal. Can be recommended to accept deep into every aspect of our lives. Recommendations and not always effective, however, and sometimes recommends policy-makers will also be underestimated. So how can the recommendations be more effective? This article will focus on the issues discussed.The first reviewed the proposals received in the field of previous research results, and on this basis, the first attempt in the context of China launched a medical dispute mediation proposal accepted simulation study, based on patient cases of dispute resolution designed to accept proposals Experiments investigated decision-makers focus on gender and the emotional and professional standards recommended by the impact of the proposed receiving help from a new point of view of recommended acceptance of the problem. Medical dispute resolution and how to improve the effect of the recommendation to give some reference value. Through simulation we obtain the following conclusions:1, male acceptance of the proposal was significantly lower than females, but the final decision on the satisfaction of the main effect on the gender variable is not significant2, negative emotional state was tested under the experimental acceptance of the proposal to be significantly lower than the neutral emotional state of subjects;3, the group treated subjects acceptance of the proposal was significantly higher than non-experts to be treated;4, induced mood categorical variables and suggestions are professional level variables in the final decision of the confidence level there was significant interaction effects:(1) When the recommendations are for the experts, the negative mood group were tested on the final decision of the confidence in the higher Neutral mood group was tested in confidence; (2) When recommendations are non-experts, the negative emotion group was tested the confidence of the final decision is higher than under neutral mood subjects confidence; (3) When Negative emotions evoked emotion, the experts recommended to lower the confidence of the subjects was significantly higher than non-experts when the subject's confidence in the proposal...
