Advice taking is suggested that in an uncertain situation,decision makers make decisions in the decision-making process by referring to others' opinions or plans,so as to make the decision more correct.The classic research paradigm for the advice taking is the JAS model.Previous studies pay more attention to the influence of the relationship between decision makers and advisers and cognitive factors on their advice.On this basis,this study added the characteristics of emotional and cognitive factors of advisor,to explore the influence of them on the advice taking in individual decision making process and the process of the decision making for organization,under the different pressure situation.In the first experiment,we conducted for individual decision making,explored the influence of the type of advisor on the advice taking was discussed in the case of high and low pressure.Based on their results,further experiment explored the individual at the time of organizational decision making,different pressure conditions,advisor types how to influence and how to make a difference on advice taking.The same experiment method,between subjects design,was adopt in the two experiments,and obtained the pressure of the problem situation,type of advisor(tended to emotional and professional)and the willingness to take the advice through the form of a questionnaire.What's more,the second experiment increased the measurement of the perceived credibility of decision makers for advisors.The first experiment is individual decision making,experimental material is the decision-making task in social life;the second experiment is the decision maker as the leader to make decision for organization,the experimental material is the decision-making task in the organizational life.Combining the two experimental results,the following main conclusions are drawn:1.Whether in personal decision-making or in decision-making for the organization,the high pressure condition is higher than the advice taking under the low pressure conditions;High emotional inclination is higher than the advice taking of low emotional inclination;Highly professional people tend to adopt higher adoption rates than those with less professional tendencies.2.Whether in personal decision-making or in decision-making for the organization,in the case of high pressure,the decision-maker gives the adviser a higher emotional tendency than the professional tendency;In the low pressure condition,the decision-maker paid more attention to the characteristics of the adviser's professional tendency rather than the emotional tendency.3.In the decision-making process for the organization,the type of advisor has an important influence on the degree of advice adoption,and the decision maker has some mediating effect on the credibility of the advisor.
