Merleau - Ponty (Maurice Merleau-Ponty ,1908-1961), one of the most famous French philosopher of the twentieth century, is often referred to as one of the scientists who contributed most to the phenomenology. He took the phenomenological theory to a new height and level. It is in the new field of phenomenology that Merleau - Ponty explored deeper and deeper on language issues in the light of philosophy.Merleau - Ponty's theory of language is one part of his theory of philosophy, and was first brought out under the background of the Theory of Body. He put the main body as the continued momentum of language production and development. But he gradually found that language could not stop over here, so he tried to expand the limitations of the study on body theory through the study of linguistic phenomena and language issues. Thus, we can ultimately got a better understanding of the relationship among self, others behavior and being. The purpose of writing this thesis is to further study the relationship among being, language and human being. The nature of being is to enable the language to guard our lives. Considering the relations among being, language and human being, he does not think that people are talking or people possess the language, but it is the language that speaks in person, and people should understand what he really wants before speaking. So we can say the language is the media to being, and the expression of language to show your feeling is reasonable. Finally, after a further analysis of Ponty's theory of language, the paper came into the conclusion that Ponty has overcome the tradition of centering around human beings, and he also acknowledged that our linguistic experiences is included in our experiences through the illustration of the fact that the process of our expressing our feelings is actually the feeling express itself in our body, which has affirmed Ponty's linguistic theory in the view of ontology. Hereupon, experience, being, and language have mingled together in Ponty's mind.
