Tokieda Motoki, a famous Japanese linguist, advanced a new theory that language is a process which based on critical analysis of Saussure's theory.First of all, The author describes how Tokieda Motoki's experiment on grammar research through understanding Tokieda Motoki's life experience and his academic research.The second, through studying of the formation process of the Tokieda Motoki's grammar, the writer divides them into sprouting period, exploring period, forming period and perfecting period.The third, the author describe Tokieda Motoki's Procedure language theory by several drawings and examples.The last, on the comparison of Procedure language of Tokieda Motoki's and Saussure s structural linguistics, the author discuss Procedure language is a unique theory which opposites Saussure's structural linguistics.
