The essence of ancient Greek civilization is the collective citizens of the city as the core of civilization. Military System of land ownership and civic citizenship is to maintain city-state's economic and military foundation of civilization. Zeus and the ancient Greeks established the Department of the city-state civilization; national identity is the spiritual bond. This paper takes migratory movements as a starting point, which specifically investigates and analyses the large migratory movements and the relationship between the city-state civilizations. By analyzing the reasons for immigration movement, this paper demonstrates that the radical cause of migration is the movement of private ownership of property. Migratory movements, in turn, promote the emphasis of private ownership of property. The strengthening of private ownership of property has made for the establishment of private ownership of land in Greece, making it the main and most basic concept. The establishment of private ownership of land also formed the Greek world's combination of citizenship and land ownership, the concept of citizenship, the combination of the civil, land and soldier , which developed into another important conception—Civil ilitary System.Migratory movements also contributed to a unified Greek consciousness, and this to some extent, promoted the establishments of the faith of Zeus Department system.Besides, immigrant movement not only brought the concept of citizenship, but also makes the vital interests of citizens closely linked with the city, consequently, strengthening the citizens of the city's reliance and identity. On the basis of identity, together with the same religious belief and religious festivals, especially in the Pan Hellenic Games of Olympia, finally led to the formation of national identity in ancient Greece.
