Wang Maoyin (1798-1865), who was born in She county,in Anhui.In 1832, he attended a jinshi job. He once Served as leaders, President of the post. In the third year of Xianfeng Time, he was promoted to Vice Shilang of Hu Ministry to master Qianfa government. Wang Maoyin was famous for his monetary theory in modern time, in addition,he was also a patriotic classic thinker. Therefore, in addition to his monetary theory, this paper will discuss his other thoughts to give a comprehensive discussion, in order to restore his full and lively historical image.In the first part, this paper discussed the causes of WangMaoYin classic thoughts,Besides social environment, his life experiences and personal environment was closely bound up. Including study environment, family environment, social experience and living environment.In the second, third, fourth, fifth part, this paper discussed that Wang Maoyin proposed unique insights in politics, finance, commerce and other aspects on his term. Actually extractlyly in learning and prudently in times.In the sixth part, the article gave an objective historical position about Wang Maoyin's classic thoughts, and carried on comprehensive evaluation. His thought met the evolution of national situation in late Qing dynasty, his traditional practical learning as the main aspect, and started inoculation the new classic thoughts.In seventh part, the article analyzed the effect of WangMaoYin's classic thoughts and its reason.Throughout the history, the effect of Wang Maoyin's classic thoughts was not good, this was also a result which a variety of reasons mutually influenced. Including objective reasons, personal reasons, system reason etc.Wang kept upright dare speaking integrity all his life in late Qing dynasty, reveals the princes could lead straight the model everywhere . Whether its truth daring in suggestion or practical learning, his thoughts and behavior were worthy of study and research.
