The Research On The Image Of Imperial Concunbines Of Hanshu And Houhanshu

Han Shu by Gangu and Hou Han Shu by Fanye, really record the image of imperial concubines living in the Han Dynasty. My topic is focused on the tipical image of imperical concubines, trying to analyze the images like the Queen mother Lv, the Queen mother Yuan, and the Queen mother Deng. Then, try to sum up the image of other imperical concubines, through systematic collation and analysis. And there are three main types:namely the political participant; the palace contention; the ability and integrity. Based on this, make a summary on Bangu and Fanye'view on the images of imperial concubines. and then, explore the signifiance of the images from the standpoint of the history, the literature and the ethics. From the angle of historiography, the image of imperial concubines have historiography consciousness, spirit and priniple. From the angle of literature, the image of imperial concubines have the character of abundangt and much side, their own feelings and poenms. From the ethics angle, the image of imperial concubines nicely express the filial piety in Han Dynasty.
