Huizhou Cultural Transformation In The View Of Modern Writers

Huizhou Culture is unique regional culture. It stands on small and large Huizhou. The content of Huizhou Culture is broad and deep with Confucianism Patriarchal Compatibility and Expansion. Wu Zuxiang, Zhang Henshui and Su Xuelin are all modern writers in Huizhou area which is their important stage as part of their life and constitutes the most profound cultural force in their personality structure. At the same time, these writers are deeply influenced by new trend of thoughts because of the cultural transformation. They bear the burden of old and new cultures in whirlpool times, project to the creation like telepathy and become typical representatives in the era of cultural transformation.This paper takes Wu Zuxiang, Zhang Henshui and Su Xuelin as the center.The process of Huizhou Culture transformation during the certain historical period is discussed through analyzing historical background and the angle of combination between culrure and literature. This study will help us to understand the special regional culture more deeply.The main researches of this paper are listed in the following: First, the works of Wu Zuxiang mainly describe the villages in Anhui Province , show the changes and cultural burden under the background of changeable situation with full of Anhui style. Second, Zhang Henshui pays more attention to the historical process of modernization of Huizhou culture,he presents collision and adjustment update of traditional and modern conflict in his novels which centers around people and things in Huizhou by the perspective of rural and urban mobility. Third, Su Xuelin puts the line of sight extended to overseas areas. From the international perspective of western culture, her novels explore collision and fusion of Huizhou culture, the May 4th Movement, and Christianity, meanwhile the camel-like academic spirit of Su Xuelin inherits and develops the historical and cultural origins of Huizhou.
