Only according to the characteristics and the needs of users compile a dictionary, the effectiveness of dictionary to be able to play, and The dictionary will have strong practical and liquidity.The first chapter of the paper introduces the research purpose, research status and research methods of the topic. In the second chapter compares and analyzes the current flow in the domestic market more representative Chinese dictionary compiled for foreign learners. The third chapter introduced the application of the Sinogram as Basic Unit (SUB) Theory in Foreign language teaching, Lexicography and Pedagogical lexicography. This program from the dictionary positioning, user positioning, Compiling Principles, the macrostructure of the dictionary, the microstructure of the dictionary and other aspects specifically addressed.
