Since the 20^th century, under the great support and promotion, the Chinese animation industry develops rapidly and has made remarkable achievements. Because the pattern of the industrial region has taken shape, the demand of the talents in this field is also increased every year.When facing the huge gap in the animation talent market, the primary and worth-thinking question is that in order to take the real function in the development of animation industry, how to cultivate the talents that may hit the market.Based on the analyses of the cases summarized from current domestic and international animation market and combined with the cultivation of animation at colleges and universities, the questions of reform on future animation teaching patterns and talent cultivation will be discussed.
