As the representative of the"transparent literature", Nakagami Kenji won the 74th Akutagawa Prize for his Cape, which also made him the become the first wonner of the prize after the war and got his great popularity in Japanese literature. As the protagonist of his trilogy, Qiu Xing, a young man living in the lane calling for liberation, equality and breaking through the social hierarchy and getting out of the tribe, became being noticed by the readers. But as his life was doomed, Qiu Xing could not break the invisible shackles of the society. Qiuxing's chatacter was first formed in Cape, though its description was not perfect, Qiu Xing's true expectation in the deep heart was emphasized. In this work, the author sketched a young man who was deeply embedded with the tribal soul which led to his conflict in thoughts and his hard progress in trying to change the reality.At the same time, Nakagami Kenji was favored by the readers as a tribal writer. He prefered to taking his hometown(Ji zhou) as the main stage. As a cornerstone of his tribal literature, using the artistic method of transparent literature, Cape gave the readers a real description of the struggling tribal people's destiny and in this work, Nakagami Kenji showed the special emotional world of the people in the tribe clearly with kin and location concepts. In the closed tribe, the relationships among people are real and naked which helped a lot in the forming of the people's common ideology. This ideology was embedded in the tribal people's heart since they were born, which may be what the auther really wanted to express in Cape. It presented the contents and forming process of the tribal special common ideology. Nakagami Kenji successfully expressed the forming process of his own tribal common ideology in his work with his words as the weapon. Meanwhile, the appearance of Nakagami Kenji and Cape helped the readers know more about the Japanese tribal literature world. This paper will initiate from this topic, trying to dig out Nakagami Kenji's idea on common ideology of the tribal culture from the analysis and the interpretation of Cape from the aspects of its structure, language,etc.
