The Research Of Scientific And Technical Ethics Problems In Agricultural Products Safety

With the rapid development of modern science and technology, the people's living standards have improved significantly. Meat, milk, eggs, and other agricultural products has being to necessities of life. The progress of science and technology provides us with a prompt technical support and convenient enjoyment. It also promotes the modernization of the agricultural production greatly, and more and more technology appears to agricultural products. But, when science and technology benefit human being, at the same time, it also brings with a lot of negative effects. At present in China, to solve this kind of safety problem mostly rely on laws, regulations and standard of the industry, but the effect often after a certain harm. This research is aim at contradictory between the technology development and ethics of the phenomenon, discuss the quality safety problems of agricultural products in ethical issue. This paper through the lack of scientific and technical ethics, the flaws of system transformation, the enterprise pursuit of interests, to emphasize the importance and urgency of economic social development and the construction of the harmonious society, study how to set up ethics new order of scientific and technical, correct the concept of value, from the two aspects of theoretical and practical to remodel the value of technological ethics, in order to seek the solution to agricultural products safety problem.
