In recent years, from "melamine " to " waste oil" and other food safety incidentsoccur frequently, the food safety issues into the cusp, researchers from multipleperspectives using "market "," trust products "," information asymmetry " and othertheory to explain the reasons behind food safety incidents, and proposed the " integrity ofthe building "," safety supervision,"" regulations perfect " and so many paths to solvefood safety problems. In this paper, through the interpretation of food safety incidents,from the positive and negative effects of scientific and technological progress to bringfood safety were analyzed, and technology ethics food safety issues in the role werediscussed.Behind the frequent occurrence of food safety incidents, technical factors all haveinfluence, but also more and more prominent. On the one hand, growing regulatoryefforts, the development of standards is getting smaller. On the other hand, is in thecontext of such a strict monitoring of food safety incidents still occur frequently. This isthe technology development and technology relative lack of risk prevention, conflictregulation is lagging behind. Also, because of pesticides, veterinary drugs and additivesagricultural technology innovation and development, a direct result of our regulatorysystem and regulatory standards is relatively backward. In addition, the rhythm of life intoday’s society continues to accelerate lead to changes in our eating habits, contradictoryoriginal traditional food culture and habits gradually transformed into a fast-paced fastfood culture and habits. These contradictions are reflected from different levels ofprofound complexity and diversity of food safety issues. In this study, summing up the first part of the food safety issues related research, forour current reality, research ideas presented in this study and framework, and clearly thesignificance of the study; second part is a review of previous studies and our currentSituation analysis of food safety issues. First, sort out related research and proposeresearch directions of this research for these studies; Secondly, choose our recent foodsafety incidents were analyzed, the analysis of these events the problems; food safetyrelated to the third part of our current laws, regulations and regulatory system to interpretanalysis, combined with China’s current production and food safety regulatory practicesfrom the ethical perspective to Probe Technology ethical dilemmas exist; norms andethical principles of part IV Perspective build technology to solve food safety incidentsthat should be followed, from the perspective of science and technology and ethics,ethical framework for resolving the current system suited to China’s food safety issues,and gives a strong operational policy recommendations; fifth part of the overall contentof the study were summarized, and the future of the study based on inadequate Researchon food safety issues.
