It is well known that Guzheng is not only the art of music hearing but also a kind of ancient culture. The style of performance should correspond to its content. Besides, different versions of performance make the style of performance differ as well. The two-four score, which is called the fossil of ancient character, makes theChaozhou Guzheng unique position in its development. The note of the two-four score gives the performer a potential room to give the rein to imagination. Therefore, there are different versions of the same music and different style of the performance. The local people in Chaozhou pass on the regional music via its unique local language. No matter the southern style of Guzheng spreading to the north, or the exploration of local artists, or even the technique of academism performance, they both can express the style of Chaozhou Guzheng and its characteristics vividly and incisively. The music--- Jackdaw Paddle---is very classic and significant in the sense.
