3G era enter mobile media has become an important social public access to information channel (called as fifth media), what use mobile media image visual form directly influence the communication effect. Due to the particularity of its mobile media for 2d graphics and visual traditional way, using computer technology to practice on the basis of digital art has been increasingly essences in this field.Pixel art has already completed appear from the transformation from practical to artistic performance, and become the best choice of mobile media images. This paper expounds the connotation and the art of pixels, and to develop process for the screen pixels painting research design and creation point, and from the perspective of aesthetics, focus on composition, modelling, colour, perspective to improve mobile factors such as visual expression of media, making it more artistic and interesting.
