Research On Influence Of Moral Intensity On Ethical Decision Making In Disaster Relief

With the development of the world and the development of the society, out of the concern of their own development and environment sustainable development,people pay more and more attention to ethical decision making problem.In recent years, as the world entered a period of large natural disasters, disaster relief has also become the world problem to face, the ethical decision making problems also needs attention. In large-scale natural disaster rescue, decision makers and rescue personnel play the role of the rescuers power agent, because the agent right is the survival and health of the right of equality, therefore, they are actually in disaster rescue often face ethical dilemma, face a variety of ethical issues, usually decision makers in various rescue decision making between mutually exclusive. For example, rescue and rescue effect cost trade-off questions, the fairness and efficiency balance problems. These issues emerge in the Wenchuan earthquake, Yushu earthquake and the Japanese earthquake and tsunami disaster. Therefore, a large natural disasters under the situation of disaster rescue ethical decision making problem is current must pay great attention to important issues.This article reviews the field of business and ethical decision-making research results, research tools and theoretical model, and based on the disaster rescue ethical decision making were studied. This paper mainly studies the moral intensity of six dimensions of ethical decision making in the effect of disaster relief. Foreign business ethical decision-making research mostly uses scenario questionnaire investigation to study, with the development of a series of relatively perfect scale, In this paper we design18disaster rescue ethical scenarios, verify the interrater reliability of situation, translate the PMIS scale; and use scenario and modified PMIS scale questionnaire to conduct survey, and get the results of factor analysis, and draws the conclusion:in the disaster scenario, moral intensity dimensions is of the three factor structure, ethical decision-making model in disaster relief is build; then, we put forward relevant assumptions and use correlation analysis, regression analysis and independent sample t test to examine them and use information display board technology to design a behavioral experiments to make a study on moral intensity and get the new conclusion.
